How long does it take to receive my order?

We are also very enthusiastic about our cool items and understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible 😊. We will do our very best to get your item(s) in the mail within three working days, and we usually succeed. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive the track & trace code by e-mail to follow your package.

Occasionally it may happen that you have to wait a few days longer for your order, but if Mr. Post does what he promises, you will have your package at home within a week.

We ship the pre-orders on/around the date stated with the item in the shop.

What are the shipping costs?

When ordering, you will immediately see the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart. The shipping rates are as followed:

  Belgium
We always send orders to Belgian addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 9,75.

  Denmark
We always send orders to Danish addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 18,75.

  Germany
We always send orders to German addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 9,75.

  France
We always send orders to French addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 18,75.

  Italy
We always send orders to Italian addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 18,75.

  Netherlands
Does your order fit through the Dutch letterbox? Then we’ll send a letterbox package and the shipping costs are € 4,50. However, when the package is to big to fit in the letterbox, the shipping costs are € 6,50.

  Norway
We always send orders to Norwegian addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 26,75.

  Austria
We always send orders to Austrian addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 18,75.

  Sweden
We always send orders to Swedish addresses as a package. The shipping costs are € 23,75.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Return or exchange…no problem at all. When you are not happy with your ordered item(s), you can always return it:

  1. Put the item back – unused and undamaged of course – in its original packaging
  2. Write on the invoice which item(s) ) you return or want to exchange and what the reason is
  3. Put the item(s) and the packing slip in the shipping box or envelope and tape it tightly
  4. Put the return address clearly legible on the box:

  1. Drop off your package at a parcel point and keep your proof of shipment until we have processed your return. Please note: the shipping costs are for your own account.
Who can I contact about my order?

After completing your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation, and when your order leaves our door, you will automatically receive the track & trace code in your mailbox.

How do I ensure that my clothes remain beautiful? (washing instructions)

We find it important that our shirts are of excellent quality. So you can rely on that!

To keep your cool shirt beautiful, it is important that you follow the washing instructions:

  • Wash the shirt inside out (which is best for all your clothes by the way 😉) and with similar colors
  • Wash the shirt at a maximum of 30 degrees
  • Use a good quality detergent and preferably no fabric softener
  • The shirt is not suitable for the dryer

Note: never iron over the applications
